A Memory of October
Cold, colorful October sunset. I will remember this night for its extraordinary display of light and color.
Alright. We had 3 of these sunsets in a row with variations of the same colors, cloud formations and light. Pretty spectacular really. On two of those nights I was out shooting at the beach and this is one of the photos I'm most pleased with.
"Developed" from RAW using Lightroom 1.2. Added vibrance. Cloned and healed out dust spots. Curves adjustment and slight saturation gain. Dodge tool used at the bottom left and upper right to bring out a little more detail.
Thanks for looking!

ENJOY!!!
Fantastic reflection on the water Anders! It's amazing how it reflects the sky.
The colors are even better and the use of the ND filter has once again been very useful.
What is the "vibrance" you're talking about? And what does it do?
all of your pictures make me wish to spend some time in Norway... looks like a gorgeous place to get nice pictures... I really appreciate all of your deviations!!
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
