You might want to remove it if you're selling the shot for a print.
Sorry, I feel an ass for pointing this out (I get really annoyed when people are this picky about my shots), but on the print version, you really don't want them there.

Thanks Andy. I was fortunate with the light and sky conditions on this particular shoot. Since then, the weather has been foggy and cloudy.
And many thanks for pointing out the dust spot. I actually found a couple more while examining it closely but I forgot to deal with them then. I've removed all dust spots from the print source image now. No worries mate. None at all
