First I want to thank everyone that saw my last submission AND took the time to comment on it. Much appreciated!
I'm sorry for not having replied to everyone, but due to mostly work-related things, I haven't had the time. Rest assured, I will reply on this submission.

About the shot. Same light, same night as the previous one. After having photographed the rocks by this beach a huge number of times, there are certain rocks (and the combination of rocks) that I like more than others. I'm particularly fond of the rock on the left here. Fantastic texture and it's quite different from the other pure granite stones that can be found here. This textured stone looks magnificent in golden light with its yellow/red colored textures. The colors are even better. This shot is also about duality (another shot with these two rocks is called "Duality).

Semi-panoroama crop this time. Works best here, due to the reflection being perfectly mirrrored.

Decided not to submit Part II yet and jumped to Part III. I felt part II was too similar to Part I which can be seen here.

Anyways, thanks for looking!

- Anders

I almost never set out to photograph a landscape, nor do I think of my camera as a means of recording a mountain or an animal unless I absolutely need a 'record shot'. My first thought is always of light. -Galen Rowell
Gorgeous, as usual. Love Your work :)
